If your account has the viewer role, you can view pre-built dashboards and any dashboards that have been shared with you in the dashboards library. If you're an editor, you can view any pre-built, shared, or owned dashboards in the dashboards library. Use this article to learn about how to access dashboards.

- Click the dashboards library icon ().
You also start in the dashboards library when you select Explore () from the product tray () in Zendesk Support.
- Click the Settings icon () to the right of the dashboard name you want to view.
- Select Open from the settings drop-down list.
The dashboard opens for you to view.
You can also open a dashboard by clicking the dashboard name.
