Welcome to the Explore Help Center! Zendesk Explore is currently available as part of an early access program (EAP).
How do I join the early access program?
Explore is a brand new analytics product for all your Zendesk data. We’ll be rolling out Zendesk Explore over the next few months to our customers who want early access, so you can sign up for the wait list at the bottom of the Explore product page.
If you're already in the EAP and using Explore, you'll find many valuable resources here in our Help Center and connect with other Explore users. Read on to learn more about what's in our Help Center and what you can do in our Help Center. Let us know what you think!
What's in the Explore Help Center?
The Explore Help Center is where you'll find product updates, learn the product, and meet other users.
|Getting Started||Your jumping point to getting started with Explore. Start here, just like the name implies.|
|Knowledge Base||Find all of our Explore product documentation--everything you need to know about Explore. The content is organized by role: Administrators, Editors, and Viewers.|
|What's happening||Check out Recent activity on the home page for the stream of recent posts and comments in the Help Center. It’s essentially your news feed for the Outbound Help Center.|
|Product Updates||Make sure to subscribe to Announcements and Explore beta feature updates so you'll always be up on what's new or changing in Explore.|
|Community||In the Community you can connect with other Explore users. You can also ask questions, share tips or recipes, and make product suggestions.|
What can you do in the Explore Help Center?
In addition to benefiting from all the information in the Help Center, including product updates, documentation, and developer information, here's how you can participate:
- Follow sections and posts to get email notifications and be in-the-know.
- Comment on articles to be part of the conversation.
- Vote on articles you like so our product team knows what's important to you.
- Submit a request for our team if you can't find what you're looking for and you need more help.
