    I can't access chat datasets in our Explore. Do you need more than an Advanced subscription for chat to view this?

    Hello Kev,

    As I am aware, Chat Analytics are available to customers on the Chat Advanced/Professional plan and above, so those datasets should become available to you as they roll out.  

    I know that the datasets were on a rollout so not all accounts saw the datasets immediately.  If they are still not on your account, please post a comment and we can create a ticket for you and send it up to our Techs to review your account.
